宝宝的发育情况
根据美国妇产科医师学会（ACOG）的说法，您的宝宝现在被认为是“早期足月”，随时可能降生。宝宝的头可能已经进入骨盆，他们的抓握非常有力。趾甲已经长到了趾尖，小家伙正在练习多样的面部表情呢。
妈妈的身体变化
随着宝宝向下移动，您可能会注意到肚子位置降低了。假性宫缩和阴道分泌物增加很常见。“筑巢”本能可能会开启，但请记得多休息，不要过度劳累。
给伴侣的小贴士
最后冲刺阶段到了！再次检查待产包是否准备妥当，婴儿房是否布置好。和伴侣讨论产后帮助（如导乐），并一起练习呼吸技巧。做好准备，随时待命出发去医院。
